  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of minced ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 12-15 samosa wrappers

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until they are translucent about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute.

  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is browned and fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
